Congress registration fees are in AUD (Australian Dollars) and includes entrance to Congress 2025 sessions selected, conference materials, and onsite mission opportunities. 
Registration fees DO NOT include accommodation, meals, or travel and other related costs. Every person attending BWA Congress 2025 must register. Registration will not be complete and accepted until the registration fee is paid in full.

Additional participants can be added by simply clicking "Add Participant" at the end of the first participant registration process and before you proceed with payment.

For group registrations, needing to send one payment for the whole group by electronic bank wire payment, please contact [email protected]. Other groups paying with one credit card, please register using this page by adding participants as per above. 

In keeping with the desire to improve our stewardship of the environment we will only provide hard copies of the souvenir program book to those who request it.  Information about all activities will also be available via the congress app.

You can assist participants from other parts of the world come to Congress 2025 by contributing to the Scholarship Fund.

The purpose of collection, holding, use and disclosure of the information is to fulfill the ministry and administrative functions of Baptist World Congress 2025. We would request that you not unsubscribe until after the Congress or you will miss receiving important information about the event. We may share the information collected with other affiliated organisations and hosts of events and sessions you are attending. We may also disclose this information to organisations providing processing and other support functions to Baptist World Alliance and Queensland Baptists. Media and Photography Consent

As part of attendance at the Baptist World Congress 2025, photos/videos will taken and stored by Baptist World Alliance (BWA) and Queensland Baptists (QB) (in accordance with the Privacy Act of QLD). Video footage and photographs will be taken to record events and may be used to promote the BWA, future conferences, QB Churches, their activities in both print and digital formats, including websites, social media and other digital forms of communication.  We need permission from all persons on this registration, including the parent/guardian of any children, for their photo/video to be taken.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Registration fees will be refunded only when a written request is received at [email protected] before March 31, 2025. An administration fee of AUD50 will apply to each cancellation. We regret that cancellations made after March 31, 2025, will result in loss of the entire registration fee. 

IMPORTANT:  ONLINE REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE on June 1, 2025. After that date, you will need to register onsite after you arrive in in Brisbane, Australia (dependent on availability).

NOTE: Discount Codes: from time to time the BWA will have promotional discount codes that will be shared via social media or other media outlets.
