Registration Fees

This registration page is for international attendees of the Baptist International Conference on Theological Education (BICTE) and Annual Gathering. If you are a Nigerian resident, please register HERE.  (opening soon)

Each participant should complete a registration form. You can add multiple participants per transaction by adding participants to the order.

Registration fees are in US$ (US Dollars).

Dietary Restrictions or Allergies
Please indicate if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies that we need to be aware. The EKO Hotel and Convention Center Catering office will be informed of such request and every effort will be made to cater to this request.

Worship on Sunday July 7:
Lagos Baptist Churches are looking forward to receiving you at their services on Sunday, July 7. Please let us know below if you are interested in attending or preaching at one of their Sunday worship services. BICTE participants will be worshipping together as part of their program. Annual Gathering participants are also welcome to join BICTE’s morning worship.

Eko Hotels & Suites offers six room types within four different hotel categories to cater to different budgets.

NOTE:

• Room rates are per night/per room, in US Dollars and, include complimentary breakfast, Wi-Fi, taxes and service charges.  
• Reservations can be made until June 5, 2024.
• All reservations made after June 5, 2024, are subject to availability.
• Room Rates are applicable for July 3-14, 2024.
• Hotel Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel, please contact Carolina at [email protected] by May 31, 2024. We cannot guarantee a refund after that date.

SHARING A ROOM
If you wish to share a room, you will need to make those arrangements yourself with the other person, and then only one person need to make the booking during registration. The other participant will register for the event separately and choose the "Sharing a Room" option from the accommodations type, where they can indicate the name the person they are sharing with.

STAYING OFFSITE
Please select "Staying Offsite" under Accommodation Type if you do not plan to stay at the EKO Hotel & Suites.

Please indicate your Accommodation Type first, and then your Hotel Category.

Now, please calculate how many night you will be staying.

In order to apply for a visa to enter Nigeria, the BWA, in coordination with NBC, will issue an invitation letter that will include confirmation of registration and hotel booking. Please supply the requested information below. Invitation letters will be sent within 2 weeks of complete registration. Thank you for your patience.

To ensure your participation, please apply for your visa in sufficient time before the event; obtaining interviews for visas can have long wait times. You can get more information about Nigerian visas at https://immigration.gov.ng or your nearest Nigerian Embassy or Consulate.

Help other Baptist leaders come to the Annual Gathering / BICTE Conference

MEDIA AND PHOTOGRAPHY CONSENT
During Baptist World Alliance events, photos/videos will taken and stored by the BWA to record events and may also be used to promote the BWA and future conferences, in both print and digital formats, including on websites, social media and other digital forms of communication.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 
Registration fees (which will increase after April 30, 2024), along with accommodation costs paid will be refunded only when a written request arrives in our office before May 31, 2024. An administration fee of US$50/NGN50,000 will apply to all cancellations. We regret that cancellations made after May 31, 2024, will result in loss of the entire registration fee and accommodation charge.

REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE on June 5, 2024. Onsite registration will not be possible.
